Tập đoàn Công nghiệp Than Khoáng sản Việt Nam (Vinacomin) cho biết, đến hết tháng Sáu, doanh nghiệp này đã hoàn thành cổ phần hóa hai đơn vị, gồm: Công ty Vật tư-Xếp dỡ và Công ty Kim loại màu Thái Nguyên.
Trước đó, tập đoàn cũng đã hoàn thành các thủ tục và ra quyết định chuyển đổi mô hình quản lý doanh nghiệp sang mô hình công ty cổ phần 6 đơn vị gồm: Tổng Công ty Khoáng sản-Vinacomin; Tổng Công ty Điện lực-Vinacomin; Tổng Công ty Công nghiệp mỏ Việt Bắc; Công ty Trách nhiệm hữu hạn một thành viên Cơ khí đóng tàu; Công ty Phát triển Công nghệ và thiết bị mỏ và Công ty xây lắp Môi trường-Nhân Cơ. Như vậy, theo đúng kế hoạch, các đơn vị này sẽ chuyển sang hoạt động theo mô hình công ty cổ phần từ ngày 1/1/2015./.
